By purchasing a Zünd digital cutting and milling machine, the company is now able to meet current and future challenges more flexibly and efficiently. The Twentse Stalenmakerij has been an expert in the field of sample collection performance since 1983. Samples are used in all kinds of industries to demonstrate materials/products.
Everything is made to measure and from a wide range of materials.
For instance, think of wallpaper, carpets, blinds, leather, clothing, window film, tablecloths and many more. With the Zünd, the company is able to extract any desired shape from almost any material.

Type Zünd

The machine that is currently being installed is a true all-rounder with a table size of 3200 by 2270 mm (l x w). A Zünd G3 XL-3200 equipped with a 3.6 kW milling module (RM-L) and automatic milling changer (ARC), as well as a powerful pneumatic oscillating cutting tool (PRT). But that’s not all. The configuration also includes a Power Rotary Tool (PRT) for cutting (technical) textiles, a creasing tool (CTT) and V-cut tool (VCT) for making grooves and, of course, the versatile Universal Cutting Tool (UCT).
